How do I book my wedding?

Please call or email us first and make an appointment to meet the photographers. We don't book your wedding without meeting you first. Once we've met and you've chosen Crystal Image Photography, the next step is a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. It's that simple!

I know that you're located in Farmville, but will you cover weddings outside of that area?

Absolutely! In fact, we travel just about anywhere.even to destination weddings in the Caribbean, Europe, and other exotic locations! We've photographed weddings throughout Virginia and North Carolina. So don't hesitate to contact us!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and all major credit cards - Visa and MasterCard. We also offer payment plans. Please inquire about payment plans.

Do I get the original images when you photography my wedding?

If you choose one of our many wedding packages, we do give you a CD with all your images burned onto it. In other situations, we retain the copyright and the original images. Please let us know if this is a concern.

Do you do 'shoot and burn' weddings - just come to the wedding, take pictures, and give us the images to print?

Yes, but are you sure that's what you want? Some brides ask about this option and we're happy to accommodate their request. However, you may miss out on some beautiful images that can never be recaptured. But we do indeed do shoot and burn weddings.

What types of wedding albums do you offer?

We have a wide range of styles to suit every taste, from the traditional album to new, modern designs that print your photos just like a coffee table book. When you make your appointment to meet the photographers, we'll be happy to show you the many different types of album styles we offer.

When should I make my appointment for my bridal portrait?

It's best to make your appointment for a bridal portrait at least four weeks before your wedding. Also keep in mind that when you book your wedding with us, you also get a free engagement session and portrait.
